Who's seen that picture of a man with the world on his back? It reminds me so much of life how many times we find ourselves holding everything on our backs. Then we complain of back pain "well your holding the world!" No I mean seriously. Over the past four years I have faced more than I ever cared to. But simple words of encouragement mean everything to hear someone say you did a good job, or hey we like your honesty or you're so encouraging, makes a huge difference. Words can either destroy someone or help them to feel that the world is not on their back.

I encourage you to really think before you speak sow seeds of hope and encouragement nor despair and grief they truly come cheap. Words of bitterness are like rotten apples and are no profit to anyone.

Send a ray of sunshine into the world and you will lighten your load.

Please have a cup of tea with me today.
